18. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Customer acknowledges that their personal data may be collected on the Site and used by Trophee DMN Division Srl, which acts as Data Controller pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).

Trophee DMN Division Srl is committed to protecting and ensuring the security and confidentiality of its Customers' personal data, in compliance with the Data Protection Act, taking the necessary precautions to prevent them from being altered, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

In particular, Customers' personal data may be transferred to suppliers and contractual partners who, as processors pursuant to the Data Protection Act, take part in and contribute directly to managing Orders and for whom access to the personal data provided by the Customer when creating and using their Account (identity, postal address, telephone number, email address) is strictly necessary.

Processors may only act on the instructions of Trophee DMN Division Srl.
Customers' personal data is collected for the following purposes:
the management of Orders and Customer relations;
the communication to Customers of offers and commercial information related to the brand;
the optimisation and consolidation of the communication of the Website and the brand by sending, in particular, newsletters and special offers based on the Customer's preferences recorded on the Site;
the improvement and personalisation of the services offered to Customers;
compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

The Customer's personal data is retained only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes set out above.
Pursuant to the Data Protection Act, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of their personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”).

To exercise one or more GDPR rights, the Customer must send a request by email or post to the Customer Service of Trophee DMN Division Srl, by filling in the contact form on the site or by writing to the following address: Trophee DMN Division Srl – Eshop, Via Monteleone di Fermo 23, 00157 Roma, indicating their first name, last name and registered email address.

Every request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the Customer's signature, indicating the address for reply.
The reply to a request made on the basis of one or more GDPR rights will be sent within 2 months of its receipt.

The Customer may provide Trophee DMN Division Srl with specific directives defining how they wish their GDPR rights to be exercised after their death, in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped, neatly packaged and with the tag still attached.

  • Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
  • Items must be returned with all original labels, wrappings and other accessories (dustbag, garment covers, etc.) received in the package.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged, altered or used.
POLICY

Shipping costs for returning the goods are at the customer's expense. Please remember that responsibility for the return lies with the customer until the parcel reaches our premises. Please note: we remind you that shipments outside Europe are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the final price does not include any import taxes or customs clearance fees. The customer will be responsible for paying such amounts. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

3 - Select the Order
4 - Choose which products to return and indicate the reason for each product.

Your request will be handled by our team. Once approved, you will receive the waybill by email to ship the return.

*The return is at the Customer's expense. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used, from the moment the goods are received back at our logistics centre.
